The worldwide COVID pandemic has disrupted the lives of all Americans this year. An active hurricane season has destroyed much property & also disrupted some supply chains for materials used in our residential & commercial construction industries. Because of these disruptions, raw material & transportation costs have risen. For the above reasons, on January 1, 2021, DMI will be forced to increase prices for the following products. Orders placed before this date will be shipped at current program prices. New pricing program quotations will be issued on February 1st , 2020.

February 1st 2021 Increases
- FASTENERS, ANCHORS, BOLTS, AND PLATES + 3% TO 8% (Previously advised as a January 1st increase has been moved to February 1st)
- PANEL CLIPS, BEARING PLATES AND STAMPINGS +8%
- POLYCARBONATE TRANSLUCENT PANELS +5%
- rFOIL REFLECTIVE INSULATION ROLLS, RADIANT BARRIER +3%
- FOAM PRODUCTS, CLOSURE STRIPS, RAZORBACK RIDGEVENT, BG1 UNIVERSAL CLOSURES AND EMSEAL +5%
- TRACK, TROLLEY, SNOW GUARDS, INSULATION TAPE + 6% TO 8%
- BULLET GOOSENECK VENTS 5% (BULLET BOOTS ARE NOT AFFECTED WITH THESE INCREASES)
