DMI offers two styles of retrofit pipe flashings for collared pipe and electrical mast connections penetrating metal roofing panels. Our most popular round base retrofit flashings or “Zipperboot” features stainless steel metal sealing teeth. The DMI square base “#101 retrofit” features corrosion resistant fastening snaps and tie. Standard EPDM and High Temperature silicone versions are available for order.
